Refusal of Planning Permission
At its meeting on 6 June 2024, Cherwell District Council's Planning Committee refused outline planning permission on Bloxham Road for up to 90 homes (use class C3) together with associated infrastructure and open space, landscaping, including provision of land for new village hall (use class F2(b)) and retail space (use class E).
The developer may appeal this decision and the Parish Council will keep residents updated when any information is received.
